The SELF-SERVICE system is composed of refrigerated, hot and room-temperature elements which are part of a series of modular components. This permits to realize with ease both linear self-service facilities or free-flowing island-type system in conformity with the dimensions and the shape of the inner rooms.
All units have been crafted with avant-garde materials and technology, and have been specially designed for an easy construction of efficient self-service facilities, but without penalizing ease-of-service.
Unlike conventional self-service system, the main structure of all units in the SELF-SERVICE system is built in tough AISI 430 stainless steel that is clad with AISI 304 stainless steel panelling. An outer Scotchbrite coating completes the quality construction of the SELF-SERVICE system. All hot and refrigerated elements conform with international safety standards. All models feature easy-to-clean corners, all sharp corners have been eliminated and the edges of all sheet metal elements have been bevelled to a 45° angle, even in the internal compartments.
